Apartment
my apartment in berlin is pretty nice. there are 6 rooms and we share a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. 2 people just moved out yesterday so right now there are only 3 people living there: me, jingwen, and a taiwainese girl. the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, knives, and forks. we have a tv and couch. my room is pretty big. comes with shelves, closet, table, chair, bed, and rug.

I should have bought your cutting board and your carrot stripper here. Am having the most difficulty with my small cutting board, and I've been stripping carrots with a knife...didn't feel like going to the supermarket. I did buy a can opener though, so now I have my own!! So sad, Mikey even has one, what am I ever going to do with so many? Your water boiler is doing just fine, though I haven't used it in a week. Maybe I should change the water. There's a hot water boiler/coffeemaker thing at work, so I don't drink that much hot water at home...plus it's hot here.

is a cool coffee maker. This has the little coffee cup and green tea things that I was telling you about, where you stick them in and it makes it automatically. I know, it doesn't taste as good.
Jingwen says eggs and tomatoes are amazing over there. You better eat healthy. Try not to get too dark, I'm getting more pale here I think, going from home to work all the time.
